Kozhi Vada Chicken Vada Ingredients:-
(1) cooked chicken – 500 grams
(2) green chilly – 10 (cut into pieces)
(3) big onion cut into small pieces – 150 grams
(4) smashed ginger = 1 piece
(5) maida – 4 table spoon
(6) smashed garlic pellets – 5
(7) coriander leaves cut into pieces – a little
(8) garam masala – 1 tea spoon
(9) oil - 150 grams
(10) corn flour – 1 table spoon
(11) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Kozhi Vada Chicken Vada
Heat oil in a pan and add pieces of big onion, smashed ginger, smashed
garlic and pieces of green chilly. Roast them till the color changes to
brown. Add cooked chicken and garam masala into that and roast for a few
minutes Then stop heating. Add salt, maida and corn flour to the mixture
and stir well. When the mixture is a little hot, make small balls with
that and spread them in the shape of vada. Pour remaining quantity of
oil into another pan and when the oil boils, add the balls into the oil,
fry them and take out. At a time three balls can be fried. Serve with
tomato sauce.
