Konju Roast Prawns roast Ingredients:-
(1) Cleaned medium size Konju ( Kerala Prawns ), skin removed = 250 grams
(2) Big onion chopped into thin long pieces – 200 grams
(3) Tomato chopped into thin long pieces – 150 grams
(4) Ginger chopped into small pieces – 1 tea spoon
(5) Vertically torn green chilly – 2
(6) Meat masala powder – 1 table spoon
(7) Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
(8) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
(10) Oil – 2 tea spoon
(11) Curry leaves – a little
Method of preparation Konju Roast Prawns roast
Spread the onion pieces on tawa, add I tea spoon oil and roast for 7 minutes
on combination. Then add tomato, ginger, meat masala, green chilly and
chilly powder, stir well and heat for another 5 minutes on combination.
Now, take the vessel outside, add prawns and curry leaves, mix well add
I tea spoon oil and again heat for 8 minutes on combination and take out.
