Kinnanappam Bowl Appam
Kinnanappam Ingredients:-
(1) raw rice – 1 liter
(2) toddy – ½ cup
(3) cow milk – 1 cup
(4) sugar – 250 grams
(5) milk of coconut – 1 cup
Method of preparation Kinnanappam
Soak the rice in water and grind. Add toddy, sugar and milk of coconut
to that and mix thoroughly and keep that for 2 to 3 hours. Mix again with
cow milk. Apply oil inside a bowl and fill it with the mixture. Keep the
bowl inside an idly cooker and steam cook. Then take out and stir.
