Kariveppila Rasam Curry Leaf Rasam Ingredients:-
(1) curry leaves – ½ cup
(2) garlic – 10 pellets
(3) Toor Dal – ¼ cup
(4) Tomato – 300 grams
(5) Hog weed leaves – ¼ cup
(6) Tamarind – as required
(7) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(8) salt – adjust to taste
(9) Rasam mix – 1 table spoon
Method of preparation Kariveppila Rasam Curry Leaf Rasam
Take soaked dhal, tomato and curry leaves and add them into a mixer. Gently
agitate, add garlic and boil in a cooker. Then open the cooker, squeeze
tamarind into that and add rasam mix and salt one by one. When it boils
add chopped leaves of hog weed and stir well.
