Kappa Vada Tapioca Vada South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Kappa Vada Tapioca Vada Ingredients:-
(1) tapioca – 1 kg
(2) gram flour – 2 table spoon
(3) green chilly – 5
ginger – 1 small piece
(4) salt – to taste
Coconut oil – 500 gram
(5) turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
Method of preparation Kappa Vada Tapioca Vada
Cut tapioca into small slices and boil in a vessel after adding salt and
turmeric powder. Cut ginger and green chilly into small pieces. When the
tapioca is cooked, take it from the stove and add ginger and chilly pieces
into that. Then mix thoroughly with gram flour. Take small quantity of
the mixture and press it in the shape of vada on a slab . Carefully fry
the vada in boiling oil and take out.
