Kaitha Chakka Wine Pineapple Wine Ingredients:-
(1) Pineapple – 1 ½ kg
(2) water – as required
(3) sugar – 3 kg
(4) yeast – 3 table spoon
Method of preparation Kaitha Chakka Wine Pineapple Wine
Wash the pineapple pieces and boil that for 5 minutes with water and sugar.
After getting cold, add yeast into that and store in a closed jar, Stir
daily with a wooden spatula. After 21 days, take it out and filter through
a folded cloth. Store in the closed jar for yet another 21 days without
shaking. On 22nd day take out and serve.
