Kabab ,Kebab or Kebeb South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe


Kabab Ingredients:-
(1) Meat without bone – 500 grams
(2) Gram dhal – 500 grams
(3) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
(4) Boiled egg – 4
(5) Big onion cut into small pieces – 1 cup
(6) Green chilly – 2 (cut into small pieces)
(7) Ginger, garlic smashed together – ½ tea spoon
(8) Coriander leaves – a little
(9) Salt, oil – as required

Method of preparation Kabab ,Kebab or Kebeb


Add salt to meat as well as gram dhal and cook them
separately. Mix both together and grind. Heat oil in
a pan and roast ingredients (5) to (7) in that. Add cooked
egg with garam masala into the above pan and take the
mixture from the stove and keep aside. This is the filling
mixture for the kabab.
Take the cooked meat – gram dhal mixture and make it
Into balls to the size of lemon and press it on palm. Add
1 tea spoon filling mixture on it and mould the mixture
into the desired shape. Heat oil in a pan and fry the
pieces in that and take out. Keep the flame low while
frying.
