Idichakka cutlet or Tender Jackfruit Cutlet South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe

Idichakka cutlet or Tender Jackfruit Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Raw tender Jackfruit – 1
(2) Potato – 2
(3) Big onion – 2
Green chilly – 10
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 8 pellets
(4) Garam masala – 2 tea spoon
(5) Salt, oil – as required
(6) Bread crumbs – 2 cups
(7) Maida flour – 100 grams

Method of preparation Idichakka cutlet or Tender Jackfruit Cutlet

Remove the skin of jack fruit, cut into small pieces, add salt and water and boil. When it is cooked, take out and smash the pieces. Cook the potato and smash them. Cut the ingredients under (3) into small pieces and roast them in heated oil in a pan. Add salt and masala powder. Then add the smashed jack fruit and broken potato. Stir well and remove the pan from the stove. Mix maida with water and salt and make a thick solution. Take a little of the mixture from the pan, spread that in the shape of cutlet, dip in the maida solution and roll over bread crumb. Fry the cutlets in boiling oil and take out.
