Gothambu Vegetable Ada Wheat Vegetable Ada Ingredients:-
(1) wheat flour – 1 cup
(2) tender coconut water – 2 cup
(3) egg – 1 (white part)
(4) germinated cow gram (cooked) – ¼ cup
(5) garlic pellets – 1 tea spoon
(6) small onion cut into small pieces – 1 table spoon
(7) palak leaves (cut into small pieces) – 1 table spoon
(8) mushroom (cut into pieces) – 100 grams
(9) pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(10) salt – to taste
(11) oil – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Gothambu Vegetable Ada Wheat Vegetable Ada
Heat oil in a non stick pan and roast garlic and small onion in that.
Add mushroom and palak leaves into that, stir well, close the pan and
steam cook for 3 minutes. Then open the vessel, add pepper powder and
cooked cow gram seeds into that, stir well and keep that mixture aside
for filling.
Mix wheat flour, white part of egg, salt and tender coconut water and
make that just like dosa mix. Take one big spoon full of this mixture
and spread it on the nonstick pan like a dosa. Heat the pan with a low
flame. When the bottom side of the dosa is roasted, flip it and pour a
little quantity of the filling over the dosa. Fold the dosa and paste
the sides together. Then roast both sides thoroughly by flipping again
and again and then take out.
