Gothambu Vegetable Ada Wheat Vegetable Ada Ingredients:-
(1) wheat flour – 1 cup
(2) Tender coconut water – 2 cups
(3) white part of egg – 1
(4) germinated cow gram (cooked) – ¼ cup
(5) smashed garlic – 1 tea spoon
(6) chopped small onion – 1 table spoon
(7) palak leaves – 1 table spoon
(8) chopped mushroom – 100 grams
(9) pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(10) salt – adjust to taste
(11) oil – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Gothambu Vegetable Ada
Pour oil in a non stick pan and heat. Add garlic and small onion and roast
them. Then add palak leaves and mushroom, stir well, close the vessel
and steam cook for3 minutes. Then open the vessel and add chilly powder
and cooked germinated cow gram and stir well. Keep this mixture aside
for filling.
Mix wheat flour, white part of egg, salt and tender coconut water and
make it a loose paste just like dosa mix. Pour one big spoon full of the
mix on a non stick pan and spread in the shape of dosa. Heat with a small
flame. When the bottom side is roasted, flip the dosa. Keep a little quantity
of the filling mixture on the dosa, fold it and paste both sides. Flip
the dosa again and again so that both sides are uniformly roasted.
