Fish Cutlet South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Fish Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Fish with thick flesh – 500 grams
(2) Coconut oil – 200 ml
(3) Potato – 400 grams
(4) Big onion – 2
Ginger – 1 small piece
Green chilly – 10
(5) Salt, bread – as required
(6) Egg – 1
(7) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Curry leaves – as required
Method of preparation Fish Cutlet
Cut the fish into small pieces after removing the thorns. Cook the potato
and smash. Heat oil in a pan. Cut all ingredients under (4) into small
pieces and add them into the oil and roast. When it becomes reddish add
pepper powder. Add the pieces of fish and stir well. Take the mixture,
add smashed potato and salt and mix well. Spread the mixture in the shape
of a cutlet, dip in whipped egg, roll over bread crunches and then fry
in heated oil.
