Ingredients:-
(1) Egg – 4
(2) Green chilly – 5
(3) Ginger - 1 piece
(4) Mustard seed, salt, oil – as required
(5) Bread crumb – 1 cup
(6) Curry leaves – a little

Cook the potato and smash that. Heat mustard seed in a pan and when the
seeds crack, add small pieces of ginger, Green chilly and curry leaves
and roast them. Break the eggs and pour into the roasted mixture in the
pan. Stir well and roast the egg. Remove the pan from the stove. Add the
smashed potato and bread crumbs into the pan and mix thoroughly. Make
the mixture into small balls. Press them a little, fry in boiling oil
and take out.
