Egg Bonda ( Mutta Bonda ) Ingredients:-
(1) egg – 8
(2) chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
(3) gram flour – 200 grams
(4) soda powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) asafoetida powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) salt – to taste
Method of preparation Egg Bonda ( Mutta Bonda )
Boil the egg and then remove the shell. Mix all other ingredients together
with a little water and make the mixture just like idly mix. Heat oil
in a pan. Dip the cooked eggs one by one in the mixture and fry in boiling
oil. When it becomes slightly reddish take out.
