Diabetic Pulav Ingredients:-
(1) Chamba wheat Sooji (cut) – 1 cup
(2) Tomato juice – ½ cup
(3) Cauli flower – ¼ cup
(4) Beans cut into small pieces – 6
(5) Cooked green peas – ¼ cup
(6) Palak leaves – ¼ cup
(7) Cinnamon, clove, elachi – each 1
(8) Rumba leaves – 2
(9) Coriander leaves – a handful
(10) Green chilly – torn
(11) Veg.oil – 2 tea spoon
Method of preparation Diabetic Pulav
Take all ingredients in a dish, add a cup of water and cook in microwave
for 10 minutes. In case it is to be cooked more, keep in the microwave
for 3 more minutes.
In ordinary method, keep all ingredients in the pressure cooker and on
getting the first whistle, put off the flame and after the entire water
vapors are gone, open the vessel, take out and serve.
