Dhal Kabab Ingredients:-
(1) Carrot – 2
Beans – 5
Cabbage – 1 small piece
Green chilly – 4
Ginger – 1 small piece
(2) Gram flour – 2 table spoon
(3) Coconut oil – as required
Method of preparation Dhal Kabab
Cut all items under (1) into small pieces. Pour a little
Water and cook them. Add salt and take them out.
Sprinkle gram flour over that and stir. Make small
balls with the mixture, press the balls on palm, fry
In coconut oil and take out.
