Coon Cutlet Mushroom Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Mushroom – ½ cup
(2) Potato – 2
(3) Big onion – 1
(4) Green chilly – 4 (cut into small pieces)
(5) Cheese – ½ cup
(6) Salt – to taste
(7) Maida – 2 table spoon
(8) Coriander leaves – a little
(9) Bread crumb – as required
(10) Oil, water – as required
Method of preparation Coon Cutlet Mushroom Cutlet
Cook the potato, remove the skin and smash them. Cut the mushroom, onion,
green chilly and coriander leaves and mix them with potato, cheese and
salt. Make small balls with the mixture and spread them to the shape of
cutlet.
Make a thick solution of maida with salt and water, without formation
of lumps. Dip the cutlets in the maida solution, roll them over bread
crumb, fry them in boiling oil and take out.
