Choora Ularthiyathu Tuna Fry Ingredients:-
(1) Tuna fish cooked with salt, pepper and turmeric powder (thorns removed)
– 300 grams
(2) chopped ginger – 3 tea spoons
(3) chopped green chilly – 20 grams
(4) garlic puree – 15 grams
(5) chopped onion – ½ cup
(6) salt – adjust to taste
(7) mustard seeds, curry leaves – as required
(8) Black gram dhal, oil – as required
Method of preparation Choora Ularthiyathu Tuna Fry
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add mustard seeds to splutter. Roast onion
and garlic in the oil. Then add ginger and green chilly. While they are
getting roasted add very small pieces of crushed tuna fish and salt and
stir well. Close the vessel and heat for 5 minutes with a low flame. Then
open the vessel and take it out. Serve hot as a side dish for rice, bread
and chappathi.
