Chemmeen Cutlet recipe Prawn Cutlet Ingredients:-
(1) Fried Prawns – 2 cups
(2) Vinegar – 1 tea spoon
(3) Ginger – 1 small piece
(4) Garlic – 5 pellets
(5) Big onion – 2
(6) Green chilly – 5
(7) Oil, bread crunch – as required
(8) Egg – 2
Method of preparation Chemmeen Cutlet recipe Prawn Cutlet
Boil ingredients (1) and (2) together and mince. Cut ginger, garlic, onion
and green chilly into small pieces and roast them in heated oil in a pan.
Add the minced fish into that and roast. Remove the pan from the stove.
Add yellow part of egg into the roasted mixture. Add salt and mix thoroughly.
Make small balls with the mixture and press the balls to the shape of
cutlet. Dip the pieces in white part of the egg, roll them over bread
crunches, fry in boiling oil and take out.
