Cheera Bajji Spinach Bajji Ingredients:-
(1) spinach leaves – 1 cup
(2) gram flour – ¼ cup
maida – ¼ cup
(3) soda powder – 1 pinch
Asafoetida powder – a little
Chilly powder – 1 tea spoon
Salt – to taste
(4) oil – 400 ml
Method of preparation Cheera Bajji Spinach Bajji
Mix ingredients (2) and (3) together with water. Take washed and wiped
spinach leaves. Dip them in the mixture and fry them in boiling oil in
a pan and then take out
See to it that the leaves are coated completely by a uniform thin film
of the mixture. Frying must be done carefully so that the leaves are not
charred.
