Chambakka Tri Color Drink Water Apple Tri Color Drink Ingredients:-
(1) ripe and colorful water apple, seeds removed and cleaned – 1
kg
(2) tender coconut water – ½ litre
(3) green grapes – 750 grams
(4) sugar – as required ( sugar required if the fruit is sweetless
variety )
(5) green food color – 1 pinch

Drink
Crush the water apple in a mixer without adding water. Collect that in
a clean cloth and squeeze out the juice. Crush grapes in the mixture,
filter and take the juice. Add green food color. Keep the water apple
juice, tender coconut water and grapes juice in separate ice trays, keep
them in freezer and change to ice-cubes.
At the time of making the juice, put one cube in each glass and then add
tender coconut water and serve.
When drinks in different colors such as green, pink and white are poured
into glasses and kept on a table, it is beautiful to look at and delicious
to taste.
