Cauli Flower Chilly, Fry Chilly Cauli Flower Ingredients:-
(1) chopped pellets of cauli flower – 1 cup
(2) chopped big onion – ½ cup
(3) capsicum cut in to square pieces with 1 inch thickness – ½
cup
(4) garlic pellets cut into small pieces – 1 tea spoon
(5) ginger chopped – ½ tea spoon
(6) pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(7) chopped green chilly – 1 tea spoon
(8) soya sauce – 1 ½ tea spoon
(9) sugar – ½ tea spoon
(10)salt – adjust to taste
(11) veg. oil – 2 tea spoon
Method of preparation Cauli Flower Chilly, Fry Chilly Cauli Flower
Pour oil in a non stick vessel and roast garlic and big onion in that.
Then roast the ginger pieces. Add capsicum, cauli flower and green chilly
into the vessel. Close the vessel and cook with steam. Add soya sauce,
salt, pepper powder and sugar, stir well and heat with a low flame for
3 minutes.
