Cabbage Kabab ,Muttacose Kebab Ingredients:
(1) cabbage chopped into very small pieces – ½ cup
(2) carrot cut into very small pieces – ¼ cup
(3) potato – cooked and smashed – ¼ cup
(4) chopped green chilly – 1 tea spoon
(5) Ginger cut into small pieces – ¼ tea spoon
(6) turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(7) white part of egg – 1
(8) bread crumbs – ½ cup
(9) coriander leaves – 2 tea spoon
(10) oil – 2 tea spoon
(11) salt – adjust to taste
Method of preparation Cabbage Kabab ,Muttacose Kebab
Mix cabbage, carrot, potato, green chilly, turmeric ginger, salt and coriander
leaves thoroughly. Then make small balls from the mixture and spread the
balls in the shape of kabab. Dip the kababs in the whipped white of egg
and sprinkle bread crumbs over them. Apply oil inside a non stick pan
and place the kababs inside the pan. Heat with a low flame and roast the
kababs, Take out and serve with tomato sauce.
