Bulls Eye Fry South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe

Bulls Eye Fry Ingredients:-
(1) Egg – 5
(2) Tomato chopped into pieces – 2 cups (300 grams)
(3) Big onion chopped in to pieces – 1 cup (150 grams)
(4) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(7) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
(9) Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tea spoon

Method of preparation Bulls Eye Fry

Roast onion on crisp for 5 minutes. Add tomato, chilly powder and turmeric powder and roast on crisp for 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar and stir well. Divide this mixture into 5 equal parts in the tawa. After the mixture becomes cold, break the raw eggs and pour in the gaps between the five parts, without damaging the yellow part of the eggs. Again cook for 5 minutes on crisp and take out. Sprinkle coriander leaves over it, cut into 5 equal parts and serve.
