Black Forest Cake Ingredients:-
(1) Maida – 1 cup
(2) Sugar – ¾ cup
(3) Curd – ½ cup
(4) Egg – 1
(5) Coco powder – 1/3 cup
(6) Butter – ¼ cup (only if you want)
(7) Baking powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Soda powder – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Black Forest Cake
Mix all ingredients together in a vessel and agitate for 2 minutes with
a cake mixer. Apply a little oil in the pyrex dish, sprinkle maida flour
and pour the mixture into the dish. Then cook for 8 minutes at 400 Watts.
