Barley Drink Ingredients:-
(1) Water boiled with Barley and filtered – 2 cups
(2) Curd – ½ cup
(3) Chopped green chilly – 2
(4) Tomato juice – ½ cup
(5) Salt – as required
(6) Curry leaves – a little
Method of preparation Barley Drink
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, cool the mixture and serve.
