Banana Cutlet recipe Nendrakkai Cutlet receipe Ingredients:-
(1) raw banana – 3
(2) big onion – 3
(3) green chilly – 3
(4) ginger – 1 small piece
(5) Dalda – 2 table spoon
(6) potato – cooked and smashed – 2
(7) egg – 2
(8) bread crumb, salt and oil – as required
(9) pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(10) Tomato sauce – 1 ½ tea spoon
(11) cheese – 1 tea spoon
Method of preparation Banana Cutlet recipe Nendrakkai Cutlet receipe
Cook the banana and powder that in a grinder. Cut green chilly, ginger
and onion into small pieces. Heat dalda in a pan and roast the green chilly,
onion and ginger in that. Add the powdered banana, pepper powder and tomato
sauce into the roasted mixture and stir well. Then add the smashed potato
and cheese and mix well. Remove the pan from the stove. Make small balls
with the mixture and spread them to the shape of cutlet. Dip the pieces
in white part of egg, roll them over bread crumb ,fry in heated oil and
take out.
