Arogya Salad South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Arogya Salad Ingredients:-
(1) pomegranate petals – 1 cup
(2) cooked white gram or germinated cow gram – ½ cup
(3)Apple cut into small pieces, without removing skin – ½
cup
(4)pineapple cut into very small pieces – ½ cup
(5) chopped palak leaves – ½ cup
(6) soya sauce – 1 tea spoon
(7) pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
Method of preparation Arogya Salad
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients, chill and serve. Pineapple may be
added at the time of eating only.
