(1) Rice flour – 2 cups
Gram flour – ½ cup
(2) Oil – 1 big spoon
Cumin seed powder – ½ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Salt – to taste
(3) Coconut oil – ¼ k
Method of preparation Ari Murukku Rice Murukku
Mix ingredients under (1) with water and make it a thick paste. Add all
ingredients into the paste and mix thoroughly. Fill the Murukku Maker
with the mixture, fix the Murukku slot at the outlet and squeeze the mixture
out into boiling coconut oil in a pan. Fry and take out.
