How to make Kerala Mango Sarbat
Sunflower oil-1 tsp
Separate the egg yokes and keep it aside. Mix the crushed sugar and oil with yellow yoke. Add the mango pieces to this mixture and smash. Stir the white yokes and add to the above and mix well in micsy. Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours. Smash again in micsy and keep in refrigerator. When cooled serve it.
