Black grape-4kg

Sugar-2kg

Yeast-1tsp

Boiled and cooled water-5 bottle

Wash and wipe the grapes. Keep grapes and sugar in an earthenware pot in layers. Add water and yeast and tie-up the pot .filter the wine to bottles after 20 days.
