Gooseberry wine

Ripped gooseberry-2 kg

Sugar-2 kg

Boiled and cooled water-5 bottle

Wheat-1cup

In an earthenware pot keep gooseberry and sugar alternately in as many layers. Add wheat and water. Tie the pot tightly and keep it for 20 days. Then filter the wine to bottles.
