Kerala Golden wine
How to make Kerala Golden wine
Mild hot water-1cup
Kissmiss-1 ½ cup
Sugar-1 ½ cups
Boiled and cooled water- 4 bottle
Mix the yeast and 1 spn sugar in mild hot water and keep it for fermentation. Take the rice, kismis, water and the fermented solution in earthenware pot and keep it safe for 20 days. Pot has to be slightly shaken once in a day. Filter this and keep in bottles.
