Yoghurt Milk Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Yoghurt Milk Pudding Ingredients:
(1) Thick curd with less sour – 2 cups
Condensed milk – 1 tin
(2) Milk – 1 tea spoon
(3) Nutmeg powder – 1 tea spoon
(4) Cashew nut roasted in ghee – ½ cup
Procedure for cooking Yoghurt Milk Pudding
Whip the ingredients under (1). Make a paste of nutmeg powder with milk
and add that into the whipped ingredients. Transfer the contents into
a vessel already wipe with ghee. Keep the vessel in an idly cooker and
do steam cooking. Before it become a solid, sprinkle a little cashew nut
over the pudding. When the pudding is set, take that out and keep foe
cooling. Decorate with the remaining cashew nut.
