Yellow Pumpkin Pachadi Mathnga Pachadi Ingredients:
(1) Yellow pumpkin – 1 piece
(2) Grated coconut – ½ of a coconut
(3) Green chilly – 4
(4) Curd – 1 cup
(5) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(7) Red chilly – 2
(8) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(9) Curry leaves – a little
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Yellow Pumpkin Pachadi Mathnga Pachadi
Clean the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Cook that along with turmeric
powder and salt. Add chopped pieces of green chilly also. Grind coconut
to a fine paste. Mix the coconut paste in curd and pour over the cooked
pumpkin paste and boil. Add roasted mustard seeds, stir well and stop
heating. Take out and serve.
