Vermicelli Pudding Semiya pudding Ingredients:
(1) Vermicelli – 1 cup
(2) Sugar – 6 table spoon
(3) Egg – 3
(4) Milk – 2 cup
(5) Nutmeg powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Vanilla essence – ¼ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Vermicelli Pudding Semiya pudding
Roast vermicelli till it becomes reddish. Then add water into that and
boil to cook. Whip the yellow part and white part of egg separately and
then mix together. Add sugar also into that and stir to foam. Subsequently
add milk, nutmeg powder and vanilla essence and finally the cooked vermicelli.
Stir well and cook in steam. Serve either hot or cold.
