Vegetable soup South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Vegetable soup Ingredients:
(1) Chopped small pieces of cabbage, spinach, radish, carrot and beans
– 250 grams
Big onion cut into long pieces – ¼ cup
Chopped ginger – 1 tea spoon
Curry leaves – a little
Coriander leaves – a little
(2) Maida – 1 tea spoon
(3) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Vegetable soup
Take the vegetables in a cooker, pour 1 cup of water and boil for 29 minutes
with a low flame. Add a little water into the thick soup and then sieve
that. Prepare a solution of maida in water and make that thick by boiling.
Add the thick maida solution into the vegetable soup and mix well. Finally
mix salt and pepper and serve hot.
