Vegetable Noodle Soup South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Vegetable Noodle Soup Ingredients:
(1) Mushroom – 4, 5
(2) Carrot – 1 (medium size)
(3) Capsicum – ½
(4) Spinach – 10 leaves
(5) Garlic – 2, 3 pellets
(6) Red chilly – 1
(7) Oil – 4, 5 cups
(8) Vegetable stock – 4, 5 cups
(9) Noodles – 400 grams
(10) Aginomoto – ¼ tea spoon
(11) White pepper powder – ¼ tea spoon
(12) Salt – adjust to taste
(13) Vinegar – 1 table spoon
Procedure for cooking Vegetable Noodle Soup
Remove the seed of capsicum and cut into long pieces. Chop carrot and
mushroom into long pieces. Chop the spinach. Remove the skin of garlic
and then smash it. Chop the red chilly. Heat oil in a pan, add the smashed
garlic and roast that. Then add capsicum, carrot and mushroom and roast
for 2 minutes. Then add red chilly, pour vegetable stock and boil. Now
add the noodles, reduce the flame and roast for 2, 3 minutes. Add aginomoto,
salt, white pepper powder, Vinegar and spinach leaves and heat for a minute
with low flame. Then take out and serve.
