Vegetable Clear SoupIngredients:
(1) Carrot – ½
(2) Chinese Cabbage – 4, 6 petals
(3) Celery – 1 stalk
(4) Spring onion – 1
(5) Red Capsicum – 1
(6) Snow piece – 8, 10
(7) Garlic – 2, 3 pellets
(8) Spinach – 12, 16 leaves
(9) Mushroom – 6, 8
(10) Vegetable stock – 4, 5 cups
(11) Aginomoto – ¼ tea spoon
(12) Pepper cones (crushed) – ¼ tea spoon
(13) Salt – adjust to taste
(14) Germinated beans – ½ cup
(15) Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Vegetable Clear Soup
Cut the carrot into long thin slices. Chop the Chinese cabbage into 1
inch pieces. Chop spring onion into slices. Remove the seed from red capsicum
and cut into pieces with 1 inch thickness. Cut snow piece into two pieces.
Smash the garlic. Cut the mushroom into long thin pieces. Heat the vegetable
stock in a pan and add the garlic in that and boil. Add the mushroom pieces,
carrot, Chinese cabbage, red capsicum, Spring onion and snow piece and
cook for 2, 3 minutes. Now add aginomoto, crushed pepper, salt and germinated
beans. Finally add lemon juice and take out.
