Vegetable Chutney South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Vegetable Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Cabbage – ¼ piece
(2) Carrot – 4 Nos.
(3) Sourless mango – ½ part
(4) Big onion – ½ part
(5) Green chilly – 3
(6) Lemon juice – ½ tea spoon
(7) Sugar – ½ tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Vegetable Chutney
Chop cabbage, carrot, big onion and mango into small pieces. Chop green
chilly into small round pieces. Mix all these together and add lemon juice,
sugar and salt and stir well.
