Tomato Soup South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Tomato Soup Ingredients:
(1) Tomato – ¼ kg (ripe)
Carrot – 2
(2) Big onion – 2
Butter – 1 tea spoon
Maida – 1 tea spoon
(3) Sugar – ¼ tea spoon
(4) Salt – ½ tea spoon
(5) Tomato Sauce – ½ cup
(6) Water – 3 cup
Procedure for cooking Tomato Soup
Take butter and maida in a heavy vessel and heat with a low flame. Cut
tomato, carrot and big onion into big pieces. Before the butter changes
into ghee, add the vegetables and roast them. Pour water into the vessel
and boil. When the vegetables are well cooked, crush them and filter the
soup. Heat the soup and mix tomato sauce. Finally mix sugar and salt and
serve hot.
