Tomato Rasam Thakkali Rasam South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Ingredients:
(1) Chopped tomato – 250 grams
(2) Tamarind – 15 grams
(3) Garlic paste – 2 tea spoons
(4) Rasam powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) Sugar – 1 tea spoon
(6) Oil – 1 tea spoon
(7) Curry leaves – a little
(8) Coriander leaves – a little
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
(10) Water – 500 ml
Procedure for cooking Tomato Rasam Thakkali Rasam
Pour oil into the pyrex dish and roast the garlic for one minute in crisp.
Add tomato, sugar and salt and again heat in crisp for 4 minutes. Take
that out and add rasam powder, tamarind juice and curry leaves, stir well,
pour sufficient water and boil for 5 minutes in microwave, keeping the
vessel open.
