Tomato Leaf Toast South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Tomato Leaf Toast Ingredients:
(1) Bread – 6 pieces
(2) Palak leave – 6
(3) Tomato – 1 (cut into pieces without seeds)
(4) Milk – 150 ml
(5) Curd – 2 table spoon
(6) Gram flour – 3 table spoon
(7) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
(8) Sugar – ½ tea spoon
(9) Salt – ½ tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Tomato Leaf Toast
Take all the ingredients except bread and mix them together. Dip the bread
pieces one by one into the mixture and spread them on tawa. Roast them
for 7 minutes in crisp. After 5 minutes while cooking, flip the bread
pieces, pour the remaining quantity of mixture over the bread pieces and
roast for 2 minutes in crisp.
