Tomato Chutney Thackali Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Tomato – 1 kg
(2) Big onion – 500 grams
(3) Dry grapes – 100 grams
(4) Vinegar – ½ cup
(5) Sugar – 400 grams
(6) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(7) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Tomato Chutney Thackali Chutney
Remove the skin of tomato and cut into small pieces. Chop big onion into
small pieces. Cook the tomato pieces with onion pieces, chilly powder,
vinegar, salt and water. When it becomes thick stop heating, take out
of the stove, add dry grapes and sugar and stir well. Heat again for 2
minutes and then keep for cooling.
