Coconut Milk Stir Fry Thengappal Mezhukku Puratti Ingredients:
(1) Cooked green peas – 50 grams
(2) Carrot – 100 grams (cut into long pieces)
(3) Beans – 50 grams (cut into long pieces)
(4) Green chilly – 3 (torn vertically)
(5) Coconut milk – 250 ml
(6) Oil – 1 table spoon
(7) Potato – 50 grams
(8) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(9) Salt – as required
Procedure for cooking Coconut Milk Stir Fry Thengappal Mezhukku Puratti
Mix carrot, beans, green chilly and potato with coconut milk and turmeric
powder and cook for 10 minutes in microwave, keeping the vessel open.
Then pour oil, stir well and add the green peas into that. Keep the vessel
open and heat in combination method for 10 minutes and take out.
