TenderMango KaduManga Ingredients:
(1) Tender mango – 1 kg
(2) Green chilly – as required
(3) Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
(4) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(5) Asafoetida powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking TenderMango KaduManga
Wash the tender mangoes. Mix with salt and green chilly pieces and add
into a jar. After one week add chilly powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida
powder and stir well. After 3 days it can be used.
