Sweet Chutney Madhura Chutney Ingredients:
(1) Dry grapes – 1 cup
(2) Small onion – 4
(3)Garlic – 6 pellets
(4) Ginger – 1 small piece
(5) Vinegar – ½ tea spoon
(6) Sugar – 1 ½ tea spoon
(7) Water – 1 ½ tea spoon
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Sweet Chutney Madhura Chutney
Wash the dry grapes. Mix all ingredients with the dry grapes and soak
the mixture with vinegar. When all items are well soaked, take them out
and grind with a grinding stone.
