Special Pudding South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu styles receipe
Special Pudding Ingredients:-
(1) Milk – 1 liter
(2) Sugar – 2 cup
(3) Condensed milk – 1 tin
(4) Coco powder – 1 tea spoon
(5) Pineapple – 1
(6) Vanilla essence – 1 tea spoon
(7) Cashew nut – 50 grams
(8) China grass – 10 grams
(9) Cherry – 25 grams
Procedure for cooking Special Pudding
Remove the skin of pineapple and chop the fruit. Add 1 cup sugar to that
and cook. Mix milk, remaining sugar and condensed milk together and boil
the mixture. Continue boiling and make it thick. Add vanilla essence also.
Dissolve china grass in water and heat that. When it starts to become
thick, add that into the milk mixture. Transfer half of this mixture into
another vessel and solidify that. Add the cooked pineapple into that.
Add the remaining milk mixture over that. Dissolve coco powder in hot
water and add that solution also into the above mixture. Now keep the
mixture for cooling. After solidification decorate with cherry and cashew
nut.
