Salted Mango Uppu Manga Ingredients:
(1) Sour Mango – 100 Nos.
(2) Salt crystals – 250 grams
(3) Boiled cooled water – sufficient quantity
Procedure for cooking Salted Mango Uppu Manga
Wash the mangoes. Avoid using broken and decayed mangoes. Add one layer
of mango in a jar and put one layer of crystal salt over that. Then again
put one layer of mango and over that put one layer of crystal salt and
so on. Add water also. Then close the jar tight and keep safe. After 10
days the mango can be taken out and used.
