Salted Mango Kichady Uppumanga Kichady South Indian,Kerala ,tamil nadu

Ingredients:
(1) Salted mango – 2
(2) Grated coconut – 1 cup
(3) Curd – 1 cup
(4) Green chilly – 3
(5) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
(6) Red chilly – 2
(7) Cumin seeds – 1 pinch
(8) Mustard seeds – ½ tea spoon
(9) Curry leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Salted Mango Kichady Uppumanga Kichady
Remove the seed from the salted mango. Grind the salted mango, grated
coconut, green chilly and cumin seeds together. Mix a little smashed mustard
seed, salt and water in the ground mixture. Heat oil in a pan and roast
mustard seed, red chilly pieces and curry leaves in that oil. Add them
into the mango mixture and stir. Finally add broken curd, stir well and
serve cold.
