Salted Amla Nellikka Uppilittathu Ingredients:
(1) Amla fruit – ½ kg
(2) Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Green chilly – 1(chopped)
(4) Chopped ginger – 2 tea spoon
Procedure for cooking Salted Amla Nellikka Uppilittathu
Wash the Amla and keep in boiling water. While boiling, add salt, ginger
and chilly. Stop heating and keep for cooling. Then transfer into a jar.
Start using after 2 days.
